Financial and Insurance Information

We work with a variety of insurance companies to provide our patients with added flexibility of care. 

Our team will contact your insurance company to provide you with an estimate of your benefits and expected payment at the time of your visit. We will be happy to submit the insurance claim on your behalf. The benefits which a particular insurance plan provides is based on the arrangement between your employer and the insurance company.

We provide options for financial assistance through Care Credit. Applications for Care Credit can be filled online or in our office.  We are here to help and if you would like to discuss your specific situation, please feel free to arrange an appointment or call us.

At Endodontic Excellence, we will supplement information obtained from your general dentist with additional radiographs or if necessary 3D imaging technology to deliver an appropriate diagnosis and care. We utilize our professional judgement and skills  to provide you with necessary care.
